NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY

4. Reporting and Resolution
We encourage anyone who believes they have been subject to discrimination or harassment to report their concerns immediately. All complaints will be addressed promptly, fairly, and confidentially. Reports can be made to the Registrar at registrar@waterparkmontessori.com

5. Zero Tolerance for Retaliation
We strictly prohibit retaliation against individuals who report discrimination or harassment or who participate in an investigation related to such reports. Retaliation will result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal or termination of employment.

6. Continuous Improvement
We regularly review and update this policy to ensure it remains relevant and effective in promoting a non-discriminatory environment. We welcome feedback from our community to help us improve our practices.
